Strength & Technique Work

Lifting Volume: 2,785 lbs
Rx’d Total:

  • Clean Pull + Cleans: 2x135, 2x175, 2x175 lbs

  • Power Jerks: 5x1 @ 115 lbs

  • Front Squats: 2x135, 2x175, 2x175, 2x135 lbs

Kept weights moderate and clean mechanics crisp. We are approaching the end of this weight lifting cycle. We will hit some maxes soon and get ready for another 3 month cycle.

🔥 WOD – 3 RFT (Rounds for Time)

For Time:

  • 15 Kettlebell Swings @ 2 pood

  • 15 Push Press @ 115 lbs

  • 30 Assault Bike Calories or 400m Run

Bike instead of run for me. Heavy workout today with the 70 KBs and 115 Push Press. Good movement pace and grip held up well across rounds. Good group: Robert, Builder, Lucas, Card, Ethan, Rusty, Alan, Kyle, Jody, Me, Moose. Thinking about Kim this morning.
